I broke my leg and injured my back skydiving. I was looking for something that would help me stay away from prescription pain killers. This has helped with my pain every bit as much the pills my Dr prescribed. This is my personal experience YMMV.

When the Doc - for whatever reason - prescribes sleeping pills. Look for alternative. Some of us look to Gaia Herbs, specifically Turmeric Supreme.
