Outstanding follow up service.

I live in an area where I have zero to 1 bar of cell signal, and no real feasible internet options. In researching the best way to boost that signal, I happened on Waveform. Pre sale all of my questions were answered on which system to purchase as well as in depth answers for installation questions. The components were shipped out immediately and I received my system with in a week. The bonus to working with Waveform came when performance started to drop. The technicians with whom I worked to fine tune the antenna and booster, Harry and Ian, were extremely helpful in getting me back to peak performance. I currently show 4-5 bars on our phones, can use the phones for mobile hotspots for internet access, and can stream You Tube TV, Netflix with no issues. I have had a very positive experience working with Waveform, and I highly recommend them.

Results Better Than Expected

This antenna finished off my installation and took my results from fair to really good. Combined with the CelFi GoX I can now make calls and use LTE Data from my home. If you are on the fence about purchasing and have any signal at all - just do it - I am beyond happy after 20 some years of driving up the hill to check internet or make calls. I now have dependable signal from my residence. Life changing, and so thankful for this technology and the Repeater Store.

The staff was incredible. Very helpful and over willingness to solve any problems. I blame myself for not researching things more, but I assumed the antenna would boost the overall signal so my calls AND my internet usage would be stronger. This antenna only seems to boost my actual cellular/call signal....Which is great! But, I was just hoping to have both signals improved so surfing on the internet would also be a greater possibility.
