The service/support from Chester Tech has been fast & friendly; the best I have experienced in the industry. I most recently purchased the Pocket Rocket 2 to replace an older cellular router. What a great product! Small and compact but VERY performant ! I increased by download speeds by over 200G!

Absolute night and day difference from my stock gateway and so much smaller. Easy to set up and use. Tons of custom settings and things you can tweak to get the most out of your 5G service. Customer support is top notch. Accidentally ordered the wrong antennas and Alfredo responded and fixed my order in seconds. Highly recommend!

Kudos, this little modem is awesome

First off, it's ridiculously small... about the size of a deck of cards. Second, I cheated, I had a spare sim from a phone and went through a dry run of setting everything up and just seeing what's under the hood. When I did move my ISP sim over, I was up and running in under an hour. By removing my double router installation, my speed almost doubled. Getting the Tailscale to activate was what took me the longest to figure out. I wish there had been a user guide, but ultimately I figured it out. You will definitely need it if you're going to use pass-through mode like I am doing. I did order some additional passive heat sinks to put on both sides of the box as it does run very hot. I've had no issues and look forward to tweaking my setup and doing some tower locking and band isolation, but right out of the box, it's working great. When I remote in through Tailscale, it's very responsive and easy to make changes and see some of the onboard diagnostics and metrics. I was previously using a Waveform 4x4 Mimo antenna setup and this attached directly to the new modem, same connectors. I highly recommend it if you want to ditch your ISP gateway and just bridge the modem to your own router.
