A gorgeous handmade feel bar not too sweet, not too strong just right. Easy to digest Don't be put off by the size compared to other brands of energy bar. it's small but mighty! If you are a coffee head, you will love this.

have before pretty much every session/run pretty much guarantees that I'll feel good and have enough energy to get me through my session and be able to get the most out of it really like the flavour, not usually a fan of nuts in bars like that but really like this one

Love these tasty bars

They are a real help when energy starts to wane, especially towards the end of a ride. I love that the ingredients are natural and don't upset my digestion, which can be a real distraction. The taste is also excellent.
