Great Customer Service

I wanted to make sure the spool would fit inside a spool-holder I had built for previous spools of rope, so when I called customer service they connected me to the warehouse and the warehouseman was able to confirm the spools dimensions. It fit perfectly!!

Cardboard spool

The picture shows a plastic spool, but mine came with a cardboard spool. I use this on a boat and it was ruined the first day. The cardboard disintegrated and the rope unraveled.
