Rope quality off

We’ve ordered rope before and were very happy with quality. This time the 1 1/2” pro manila rope had sections where loops were visible outside of rope and some areas showed the braiding was off. We needed to finish a project, so we had to use it, but we spent a quite a bit on it and were disappointed in quality this time

This the second time I’ve ordered this rope and both times the product and service was fine.
