Hollow Braid Polypropylene Rope

3/8" Hollow Braid Polypro' Rope

The rope is stunningly visible, which is a primary requirement for our operation, towing gliders. The one area we are not too happy with is the difficulty of doing a loop splice. The traditional "FID" technique of inserting the loose end into the hollow braid is not "easy" as promoted. Any thoughts on a different kind of splice?

worked as expected

I bought the 1,000 foot spool of 3/8 hollow braid polypropolene for use in dungeness crab pots. The rope was delivered in a timely manner and is what I expected. It should function as planned at a reasonable price.
