Repurchasing - effective and gentle

This is a repurchase for me. I have enjoyed this toner so much that I put it in a spray bottle to spray on my chest and back where I also occasionally get breakouts. It's effective but oh-so-gentle. It does have a slight fragrance but one that doesn't linger and doesn't further irritate my skin. This might be the toner to beat out all other toners for my routine...

Stuff works

When I notice an area starting to get bumpy or break out, this toner is the easy fix, calms itchy skin and settles bumps, avoids major break out if caught early enough, easy treatment, without drying this old face, in my arsenal and fight against cystic acne, I also like the medicinal scent, I use on toner pads.
