Rice Toner

Excellent basic toner

I use this toner morning and night. It provides a moisturized base for your actives, it’s inexpensive, and it does the job without causing breakouts or reactions. What more do you need?

A bit thin

This toner is fine, but very thin. I have dry, aging skin and prefer a slightly thicker toner (like Klairs'). It may work great for you if you have oilier skin though! I have been using it for a few weeks and have not noticed any change in my skin's texture.
