Love the hat and get ton of compliments on it. One nit: the feather came off. I wasn't sure where it attached and during a windy day, it blew away. Is there a way I could get a replacement? Thanks!

A home run by Biltmore

The Messenger has a nice soft brim, and a gorgeous headband and feather. Fit was as expected. My other felt hats from Tenth Stree were brown or grey so I really enjoy the navy blue which is brought out beautifully in the light. Definitely has become the “star” of my felt hat collection

Christmas mis-gift

Unfortunately my husband didn't like the Messenger style hat but I am ordering a different hat this month ( that he likes). Overall the customer care was outstanding and made it easy to return!
