Order Process

My order consisted of more than just the 2 ROTC patches. I also ordered 4 customized name tapes, 2 subdued US Flags, and 4 US Army tapes. Your website would allow me to order the US Army tapes, so I had to call. I paid an exorbitant amount of money for overnight service. When they arrived, I only had 1 of the US flags. Too difficult, too costly.
