Disappionting

After finishing the fines herb my cousin had sent from France, I was was glad to find a local source that appeared to have the correct ingredients. Flavor is very good, unfortunately the processing of the herbs results in a product which is a mess. A mix of herbs with uneven sizing and a LOT of herb dust making for a very unappetizing/messy presentation when compared to the clean, uniform herbs from the France. Sifting twice through 2 different sieves yielded 4/5 ths useful herbs and 1/5 very fine dust. The flavor of the resulting herbs were fine, but I'd rather pay 20% more and get clean product without the dust. Would not recommend unless you're willing to do the cleanup.

My go-to herbal combination for many of the dishes I prepare! I use it on fish and vegetable dishes, chicken and marinades. Well balanced and flavorful!
