Bought the bands for at-home PT of my shoulders and they are definitely helping my recovery.

These bands work well

I purchased these bands at the recommendation of my physical therapist as an addition to my weekly therapy sessions to help strengthen shoulder muscles weakened by rotator cuff damage. The bands are used in conjunction with video exercises provided by my PT. One great feature is the strap with an enclosed ball that allows one to place any of the bands on various positions on a standard door. This allows the user to perform a wide variety of exercises. This strap w/ ball can be fitted on ANY of the various bands included in the set.
