Monty Milk Art Cups

I'm very satisfied with these cups. They feel very solid in my hand and insulate temperature very well. The metal bottom also removes that clinking sound when you place ceramic on metallic or stone surfaces and replaced it with a much more satisfying and gentle sound. Surprisingly, this simple feature is one of my favorite things about this cup.

This little cup (I got the 6 oz one) is perfect for pouring cappuccino art. It has a nice heft to it and feels really solid in your hand—not to mention that it's gorgeous! The bronze bottom really seals the deal. Do recommend.

Too hot to handle

It is an aesthetic cup, but when I filled it with my steamed cappuccino, the cup was too hot to hold. Eventually, I could hold it from the bottom, but the sides remained too hot for quite awhile. One other caveat: impossible to reheat coffee in it (in the microwave) because of the double-wall construction and especially the copper bottom. Pretty cup, but not practical.
