Great Rack of Lamb!!

OUtstanding Rack of Lamb! Started these on the cooktop fat side down, moved to the oven at 350, then finished under the broiler. Just used some olive oil, salt and pepper and fresh rosemary. Great taste!!

Absolutely fantastic lamb, even better shipping!

Great quality lamb & even better shipping for a last min 12 person dinner party. Ordered four racks of largest size at 1.30pm EST, and received these flash frozen the following morning. I hosted several guests who don’t typically enjoy lamb, but even they went for seconds and commented on the delicious and mild flavor of these racks. Key to this, in my view, was denuding the lamb (spending an hour trimming all the fat off of my four racks) before marinating, as this is what typically holds that “old lamb” taste people don’t like. Would absolutely order again, for both the quality of the meat, and the ultra-fast shipping — have already recommended to friends!

Recently purchased 2 racks of lamb. They were received in a timely fashion although separately, solidly frozen upon receipt, and melt in your mouth delicious. I would not hesitate to purchase again. We enjoyed them immensely !
