Super nice people and fireplace is 5 star all the way

The fireplace insert fit perfectly in our TV stand. The crystals are beautiful and the fire looks like a real gas fire. The effect is mesmerizing and all who have seen it comment on how beautiful it looks. Since it's still warm here we have not tried the heater as of yet so I cannot comment on that. The remote has lots of functions with color changes and fire regulator. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone hesitating to order.

Beautiful!!! The only down fall is the super slow shipping and lack of communication. It took 4 days for them to confirm my order and another 13 days to receive it. But it’s beautiful and worth the wait. If your not In a rush, I say go for it!
