Customer service is Excellent
Sadly, I could not find a shoe that fit in Funk. I wanted a nice black leather and these would be perfect. They are beautiful in style and workmanship. The great news is that returns are free and I was able to try 6 pairs before I gave up. I first ordered a 9W and 9.5W, then a 9 reg and 8.5W, then 8.5 reg and 8 w. By the end the heel still had some slippage but the shoe was snug everywhere else. ) I would say they run large compared to the usual cheap shoes I get. )

The best shoe company in Texas
I love this shoes we used to go to the San Antonio factory some years ago but been the we are now both in our 80s we don't travel anymore. I still have the shoes I bought about 15 or 29 years ago and they are still good.

Pretty shoes no support!
Although quite attractive these shoes offer no support, it’s like wearing a pair of slippers outside? That is very disappointing as I buy SAS shoes for that support especially arch support.
