Colonial Rose Cotton Matelasse Bedspread

We LOVED this pattern and weight...perfect for Texas. Mom had another style years ago that I am still using in another bedroom and LOVE IT as well. The most excellent quality...will be spreading the word to all my friends and family.

Colonial Rose lightweight bedspread

We have 3 other Bates bedspreads for primary bedroom and guest room and wanted a lighter weight one for summer. The Colonial Rose Matelasse spread king size is just as elegant and high quality as others we've purchased. (oldest is 15 years and still looks wonderful) The weight and size are both perfect. I know from experience that there will be minimal shrinkage with this all cotton spread. This is the best product of this type on the market and made in ME. Even better!

This is a replacement for a wedding gift of a Bates Bedspread given to us in 1978. We are thrilled with it and would recommend a Bates to anyone! Quality, long lasting and beautiful!
