Great Customer Service!

The zipper broke off the bed. Deja H. was extremely helpful, friendly and most all, she kept me informed throughout the replacement process. Remington was so happy to get his Griffith bed.

The quality is great! My only concern is that I purchased them to fit beds that were bought from Brentwood in the past and they barely fit the cushions. I'm hoping that they don't shrink in the wash or I will never get them on again. Fingers crossed.
