It looks and works like what it says. The quality is not awesome. We have many other chairs to compare with.

Chair is good, Instructions are not!

My assistant likes the chair however the assembly instructions are not helpful. We have no idea how to lock the position of the foot rest? We also were apparently supposed to use a different gas cylinder than the one that was pre-assembled but now we have no idea how to get the other one out? There are no written instructions just pictures. A little clarity would be nice.

Required a little more assembly than anticipated

Upon delivery, they included the taller cylinder as purchased, but no real guidance with the exception of a picture assembly guide. I was able to get some more resources via youtube links from the company (luckily I'm pretty handy). The major issue was that the arms came assembled for a left hand operator. All 3 required disassembly and reassembly (and stripped screws) to put it together correctly. Now that they have been in use for about 3 weeks, they are all functioning better, but the latch box on the arm is finnicky. For the amount of money we spent, I would have hoped for a smoother experience.
