Good chair, the armrests are terrible

I think the chair is good quality for the money, it’s just as comfortable as my salli chair and more sturdy. The arm rests are terrible however, they will loosen and inevitably fail. I installed some arm rests from a different chair and it’s much better. The way the arm rests attach to the swing out mechanism is very insecure, they wobble.

Does the Job Nicely

I ordered this piece for use with a variable height desk, and I love it. The level of configurability is great. The adjustable, swing-out arms are a must-have. The seat takes some getting used to if you're not familiar with the saddle style. As a taller person, I added the longer piston, and am glad I did. My support questions were answered swiftly. My only issue is with the footrest design. No matter how tight the screw, it falls. I think something like a cuff that supports it from below would be an improvement. Otherwise, very happy with the product.
