Absolutely wonderful. The flavor is great. The casing I leave on, it adds flavor if you are cutting into pieces. Of course, you can push it out and cook it up however you want. I made a stir fry. Vegetables and cut up pieces of Brat,. It was delicious. So many uses. I am really enjoying them.

All Flavors are incredible, but jalapeño cheddar was another level. Highly recommend
