I have “followed” Fiscalini cheese for many years. Top quality interesting cheese and personal customer service. This time I got old world cheddar, San Joaquin Gold, Lionza and Truffle Cheddar. Do note that the shipping information on website is not up to date; it is a flat rate of $35 for most orders.

My Italian roots, Calabrian and Sicilian piqued when I first put a piece of San Joaquin Gold into my mouth. You guys have a serious competitor in the famous Parmesano Reggiano, but have an equally great product. I closed my eyes and thought it was from Italy, it was THAT GOOD. I dont have to go far and can now get “farm fresh” Parmesan cheese straight from the source. Two thumbs up!!
