Vegan Goatless Cheese with Cranberry & Dill

The crackers and vegan cheez were very good

I found this cheese at my local Erewhon when I lived in Venice beach for a short stint, it is so good I would but it every week. The consistency and flavor are supreme. Now I’ve left the west coast but I continue to purchase this and their truffle cheese every year for my Thanksgiving charcuterie. My family doesn’t even know the difference between this vegan cheese and a regular goat cheese, they ask for it every year. It’s expensive to ship but it’s worth it. Eat it on charcuterie, an English muffin, salad, or in a sauce for pasta. 11/10
