I want to share that I find myself extremely pleased with the customer service received when I had to call concerning my order received. The light in the fireplace was going dim which promptly was handled and a replacement was received in a very timely manner. One happy camper here !! :)

The unit i had originally purchsed, had a faulty thermostat. Customer service was great communicating about a replacement.

I love it. It warms up the room quickly and I saved a lot on my heating bill.
