Need to return them
I am trying to return the chairs. I like that they are so light weight but do not provide back support. I reached out a number of days ago but just got AI message. How can I return them

Nice and light. Great height. Only issue was the logo seen on the seat is upside down . Seems very sturdy. Fits nicely in the trunk. Can’t wait to use it this summer
