Last pair

I've been wearing sas guardian shoes for over 20 years and I've never had a problem with them. This last pair i purchased the left shoe hurt my foot. I decided that it was new shoes and that was the reason that my foot hurt .I went back to my old shoes and my foot stopped hurting. I called sas and asked what I needed to do and they suggested that I take a insole from my old guardian shoes and put it in my new shoes to see if that would helped. That didn't really help much so I called sas back and told them what I did and they said other than what I had already tried there was nothing else they could do. My response to that was can you warranty my shoes and that is when they told me there was no warranty on my new shoes. So I have a pair of 200 dollar shoes that I can't wear. This is the first time in over 20 years that I have had a problem with sas shoes . I guess I'll try red wings they have a warranty.

Incredible Quality That Will Last.

My recent purchase was made to replace my worn out pair that is old enough to vote. They have served me for over twenty years and still looked good on the outside but the inside was starting to wear. I was leery of replacing them assuming the quality would not be there. To my very pleasant surprise, I was wrong. The new pair is every bit as good and comfortable as the one they are replacing. I am so glad that SAS has maintained a high standard over these many years. In addition, the sales follow up with recommending care products and requesting a review is very much appreciated.
