SAS Nola has been absolutely above and beyond accommodating in furnishing the correct size and fit for my 93 year old Father-in-Law. When we ordered the first pair they worked with us when the shoes needed to be a size larger. Everyone we corresponded with was absolutely helpful and courteous. These folks treat you like family! My Father-in-Law is very happy with his comfortable and attractive new shoes. His mobility has improved immensely!

Out of Luck

I have been an SAS customer for decades and have a shoe rack full of their adjustable sandals. But I have had no luck with closed shoes. The Journey Mesh shoes are well made and attractive. The left shoe fits perfectly, but my fussy right foot cannot adjust and I have to return them. I still recommend the shoes and also am very satisfied with SAS's continuing excellent service.
