Flame - Hands-Free Barefoot Shoes for Pain Relief

I am very disappointed with these shoes I contract the company and the had me contact customer suppot that was on 6/15/2026. And luke many have said they do not reply. Thesecshoes are expensive and guarantee satisfaction promising to refund your money or replace the shoes. I guess that guarantee is useless when the wont respond to your emails. I definitely won't bevbuying from them again if they don't answer my email.

This is my first time ever to give a low rating for one of their shoes, but these Flame shoes, are not the usual good quality and the sizing is way off. Been trying to get either a refund or a replacement in a different size, but have been unable to get the support i need to do so. Very disappointed and unless the company responds to my email i had send them about it and makes this right for me, then i will not buy from them again after having purchased more than 10 pairs of shoes and multiple other items. If they ever make this purchase right for me, then i will update this review.

I still have heard nothing. Im very disappointed in this company. These were expensive. I see there are alot of complaints and i feel something should be done about this company. They obviously do not care! I received them after a long wait. They were so large- i am a 9.5 they look like clown shoes. Very wide. I have tried to contact for return three times so far with no response.
