Chalet 12,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner

It is not suitable for my needs. I am returning it.

Very good ac

I have just aquired this unit, so can not comment in its longevity, nor on its long-term reliability. I’ve only used it a few times, but so far it performs very well. It’s is definitely quieter than my previous unit, and it is quiet for it’s size (12000 btu). It is pleasant looking, the design is modern, and I especially like that when the display is lit, I can see the settings across the room. So to summarize, this is a very good unit, especially for the price. My small ac in my bedroom feels like it’s in its last legs, so I will definitely be looking at the Tosot smaller version. I wish Tosot made a 6000 btu version.

I would buy a second one without a hesitation if I needed it. A friend turned me on to the website and he as well had positive reviews on it. Well worth the purchase.
