I actually purchased two of them . One was missing piece to connect to the air conditioner but the support and customer service was phenomenal and they kept in contact with me

New life on keeping cool
I have to say, I was a avid LG Window A/C user, for years, never liked any others, I took a chance on Tosot, never heard of them, i got a email from woot.com, they were having a A/C sale, I checked it out, did research and bought an 8k BTU Chalet, I loved it so much, I ended up replacing my 10k BTU with a 10k BTU Chalet. The cooling capacity and quietness of these machines are incomparable and unbeatable. The swinging air director is like having a split unit or central AC. Must buy!!
