Tender and juicy

I smoked a 25 beef brisket (before trimming) with Heath's Competition Brisket Seasoning and my wife's family absolutely loved it. My father-in-law hid some of the burnt ends to take home. Lol! There was no brisket left afterwards. Great guy and great products.
