Finally a dress shoe that fits

I have incredibly difficult feet to fit with dress shoes. At age 76, I am not trying to wear extremely high heels, but just want something with a bit of a heel that fits. I have very bad bunions on both feet that have caused the big toes to cross over the other toes, which means that they hit the top of most shoes causing a lot of discomfort. I also have small feet with narrow heels, so I cannot wear wide width shoes. I did have to go up a half size from 6 to 6.5, but finally my toes can spread out inside the shoe. There is still some pressure on my left bunion, but I am following the advice given and am wearing them on and off inside my house to encourage the leather to relax in that area. All in all I am pleased. For once, this expensive purchase was worth it.

Well-made shoe

The Milano is well-made with a top elastic that I like. I do wish the the heel was more narrow or that the shoe was available in a slim size.

Exceptionally Comfortable

I had nearly given up on finding a comfortable heel! I wore these right out of the box to an awards ceremony beginning with a social hour that involved standing the entire time. Not once in the course of the evening did my feet hurt at all. I have bony narrow feet and ordered a 9N. I bought black and plan to order in other colors.
