Fascinating leafy vegetal raw peppery flavor. Very fresh, unprocessed aroma; I half expect a bug is going to pop out the bag.. Very little astringency. Definitely unique as far as white teas.

Just Buy It. Nothing quite like it
This new-to-me Spring Buds tea was full of surprises. The first couple of sessions I had no idea how to handle it and made a few over/under errors then parked it awhile on a longterm tea stash. Then after a couple weeks I dug it out and nailed the steeps. What an aroma and taste - it etched its signature in my brain. Seriously. Calls out to me. Light but penetrating. Notes of honey and an unidentified floral wisp. Many steeps depending on how many buds. Oversteeping is error. The best temp for me is 185-195F, short for the beginnings. Longer/later Very low tannins, very low astringency per above. I’m hooked. Will buy more to shelve and see how it develops

I got this tea to try it out. I am very pleased with the light smoothing flavor of the tea!
