Returned.

I had to return my shoes due to size (too big)and ordered a new pair, which I am very satisfied with. However, not satisfied with return process. There was no option for exchange and it became costly paying for postage for returns and resending. Also have not received my refund for the other pair or acknowledgement that they received the return, which was on 2/22/24.

Favorite shoe style

I love this shoe style by Paul Mayer. I had to return the first pair due to size (9.5 too big). But reordered the size 9 and they fit well. I have over 20 pairs of Paula Mayer shoes and my only complaint is the shipping and return shipping costs.
