Love at first try

As soon as I slipped on these flats I knew I'd be living in these summer into fall. I ordered my regular size, no adjustments, and the shoes hug my feet as if made for them. The workmanship is impeccable, the inner sole so comfy, the styling of course sophisticated -- the shoes are lovely, sleek, artisanal. There are a bazillion woven ballet flats availble, and I've tried on several that disappointed immediately. These are my 4th pair of Margauxs. Won't be my last.

Flattering Shoe

It took me two attempts to get the proper size but once I did I couldn’t be happier. The shoes fit like they were made for me plus they are very flattering on the foot and the V shape lengthens the leg. Customer service was very helpful and even reviewed my photos to suggest the best size. I have started asking customer service for advice on size before placing an order to limit being disappointed when the shoes arrive. Buying shoes online is difficult especially when you are waiting for the shoes to arrive prior to an event. For the price I don’t want to settle for something that kind of works with this brand. The first pair I ordered were a little big and it was tempting to just wear them but after showing a photo of the shoe on my foot to customer service they agreed that they would likely stretch too much to be comfortable in the future. They suggested going down in length and moving to a wide. The end result is the best fitting shoes I own.

Very pretty

Nice alternative to open toe sandals, very pretty, comfortable , minimal support . I went half a size down per other reviews and they fit nicely.
