Napoleon 27" Woodland Electric Fireplace Log Set - NEFI27H

This was easy to set up and gives a realistic cozy look. I was expecting to put off a little bit more heat, however it does warm the space after leaving it on for a while! I love you can change the fire settings, temp settings and fan setting. I am giving it a lower rating because after one week of having it, it all of a sudden began beeping consistent with an E1 message. We checked the vent, made sure nothing was dirty or blocked (even though we only had it for a week) and unplugged it. A day later it began consistently beeping again. We unplugged it again.

The Napoleon Electric fireplace Log Set is a great replacement for existing fireplace boxes. We built a home with a propane vent free firebox and the fumes from the vent free system bothered some family members so we decided to convert the system to electric. The Napoleon log system was well packaged and easy to install. The electric heater does a decent job of heating our family room and is noticeable when activated. We are very happy with the decision to replace the gas log set with this product.

Logs look great, light pattern and movement is realistic. It would be better if the flame light were brighter, and the heat blew a bit hotter.
