I had ordered two Pear flavors before this one. Didn't come close to any pear flavor. But this one worked great in my home made ice cream. Pleased to have found Amoretti on-line. Highly recommend their products.

Pear melomel

Used this in secondary for a pear melomel that had fresh pears in primary. Helped bolster the flavor and add to the nose. Still a young mead and very boozy, given some more time this may be 5 stars.
