FF Titanium Nesting Stove

Although it was designed for solid fuels and alcohol stoves, I was curious how it’d do acting as a windscreen for a regular canister stove. With a hastily crafted heat shield from grocery store heavy-duty aluminum to protect the canister, everything worked great! I kept my hand on the canister to make sure that it didn’t overheat and it stayed remarkably cool throughout the boil. Also, the bail handle cable on the nesting cup was absolutely necessary for this setup and though it was a little fiddly, it stayed cool and allowed me to pull the cup from the stove when needed. I love the versatility, design, and build quality of this stove. I hope to never have to buy another one for myself, but if I had to, I wouldn’t think twice and I’d be happy to support Forest Fundamentals and this product!

Not had a chance to use the item in anger yet, but i can see the amount of research and refinement that has gone into the design of this. The rest of the items were purchased as a package. Looking forward to real use in the field.
