My Kind of Fish

I love the delicate flavor of Coho salmon. I'm not a big eater and I find the portions just the right size so I can have a few "go alongs" with it at dinner time. I am trying different glazes and so far, I haven't decided on the best one but it's fun experimenting. I live in a retirement community and they have Atlantic farm-raised salmon on the menu. There is no taste so I usually don't bother unless I'm starving! I'll stick with your Coho salmon every time. Thank you.
