I actually bought this knife for my mom who loves cooking. She has tried many different knives and nothing compares to this one. It cuts everything like butter and she loves the look and feel of it. This is her first knife wear knife and and we will definitely be getting her more.

Great first Japanese knife

Got as a gift for my girlfriend. Wanted to get her first Japanese knife without getting anything too niche or expensive or difficult to maintain. She cooks all the time, lots of vegetables. She absolutely loves it.
