I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered this after-sun product because it was recommended to help with a severe sunburn, and I expected it to arrive within about a week. Instead, it took over a month to be delivered, despite paying for shipping. The biggest issue wasn’t just the delay—it was the complete lack of communication. I contacted customer service several times asking for an update on my order, but never received a response. Being left in the dark for weeks, especially when ordering a product you need urgently, is incredibly frustrating. By the time the product arrived, I no longer needed it. If you’re ordering something time-sensitive, I’d be very cautious about buying from this company. The customer service and delivery experience were extremely poor.
