Long processing and shipping time.

Order early and expect a long processing and shipping time. I thought I had ordered it for our vacation in Mexico. Unfortunately we never got to use the product, because we did not receive it in time. I even contacted customer service who informed me that they would keep and eye on it for me. Never heard back.

We found this when we were in vacation in Spain and loved it. We can’t get it in the states so I was thrilled to be able to order it
