Very dry and tacky

I thought I had ordered the version with hyaluronic acid which was my fault, but this product feels very drying and almost tacky on the skin. I had to put lotion over top to get rid of the feeling. I also don’t particularly like the smell which I think is specific to this version of capital soleil with the beta carotene. Additionally, it was not clear that additional tariffs and fees would be due, and I had to pay $80 to UPS to deliver my product. So the $25 sunscreen turned out to be nearly $120. I did find verbiage regarding additional fees in the fine print, but would have very much appreciated if this were made clear when purchasing.
