I relaxed with this at increasing intervals before using overnight. I’m glad that I did. It seemed too much all ar once. I like that you can flip it to accommodate both back and side sleeping, because I do both. It’s perfectly supportive for my long, slim, and painful neck. I realize that it’s meant for travel, but I actually prefer it for everyday as well.

Great support

There is a wedged side for back sleeping. This side really didn’t work for me and I wasn’t very comfortable. I kind of don’t understand the idea of making this side a wedge. I didn’t have any neck support, personally speaking. The other side of the pillow has a cut out to rest your head if you’re a side sleeper, but I felt just as comfortable sleeping on my back using the side sleeper side. This pillow is very firm and gives a lot of support. I really like it.

Small pillow

I really like this pillow.Starting the first night I used it my painful neck felt Better. I am a side sleeper and the neck is still better but my shoulders are still bugged a lot. I like to know if this pillow comes in a bigger size and I just havent seen .It really is a great pillow but I think my cat is upset he cant fit on it while Im sleeping.Lol. If any one has a bad neck TRY THIS PILLOW Thank you for this pillow. .
