First one broken when received

USA sticker no longer on the product because according to the company it’s no longer USA components. Components are imported and then it’s assembled in the USA. First product didn’t come on and only made a loud buzz noise like it wasn’t connected in wiring properly. No vibration. Returned, then received another. Vibration no where near what the older version has. I use my original Jeanie for work and also for my family and it’s still going strong. Needed another to keep at my massage business location. Definitely a difference in quality and vibration strength for use as therapy/massage.

Great but........

This is our second Jeanie in30 years! My only complaint is the varible speed/on-off switch. Its in a bad place. I constantly turn the machine to a lower speed when moving my hand in or around the handle. I think you could have put the switch in a different location on the device. Our old Jeanie has a on/off toggle switch--old school but no chance of reducing speed.
