Permanent white socks?

Really like the fit and feel of these socks but not sure about the advertisement of "permanently white." Even after one ride and a wash, the socks were already a little dingy and have since started to become less white and more of an off-white grey. I realized buying these that there's no way to keep cycling socks "white" but I figured they were worth a try. I would def buy again but a little pricey with shipping to the states. Good product and really comfortable fit.
