Crown Chakra Opening Meditation by Teal Swan

Teal is the real deal and beautifully addresses the Crown Chakra in this meditation. It was a wonderful take on it for me to cap my 7-series chakra meditation for my group.

When I first saw this meditation, something struck cord with me. Then when I made decision to buy it, I felt this internal "YEEEEEEES" feeling. (If you are in touch with your intuition you know what I'm talking about) I've listened to it couple of times and suddenly after listening it for another time I had crown chakra opening. I've seen the purple lights, tension from my head was released. After that I noticed that I no longer have dandruff. Something that I had for ~15 years of my life. This is powerful meditation. If you feel compelled to do it, or you just want to do it - I encourage you - go ahead. It's well worth of investment.

Connection with Universal Energy

This meditation was beautiful! The 20minutes felt like 2, and I had a huge sense of peace and love rush through my body. Tears of joy came through at the end and a feeling of being home. After the meditation I also had a vision of Mary Magdalene, whom I am very connected to. It was powerful! Thank you Teal.
