Headstrong

I don't use it, my daughter does. It's a fight each day to get her to take it because of the taste. Of course it's only been a little over a month, but so far there are no noticeable benefits yet either. I'm continuing to keep a positive mind set as my daughter continues to take it daily hoping that she'll come around on it and some of what is advertised starts to come to fruition.

I could feel the difference in how I felt after one week. Loved the taste and knowing I was taking something good for me.
