We had a sticky situation with our Rancilio Silvia that was the result of infrequent cleaning. After trying vinegar, I woke up and looked online and found the Urnex Cleancaf Cleaner. Whole Latte Love has always been my go to place, and they had it and shipped it promptly! Worked like a charm! Thanks again for saving us from our negligence!

This product checks all the boxes, its almost miraculous in its effectiveness!! I don't see how any other product or home remedy could challenge its superiority in achieving such outstanding results...looks factory fresh, shines like "a new dime!!!! Buy, buy, buy

Good product, new packaging
It had been about five years since I had cleaned my Gaggia Classic, so the new packaging threw me off. This cleaned it up beautifully!
